Bridgeville Borough Councilman William Colussy died Friday morning at St. Clair Hospital. He was 75 years old.
A mechanic and owner of H. Colussy Garage, Colussy was elected to borough council in 2009, where he headed the public works committee.

He was dedicated to the good of his community and preserving Baldwin Street, an honorary member of the Blue Knights, a member of the Library Sportsmen’s Club and instrumental in organizing the Bridgeville Youth Football League in 1975. He enjoyed motorcycle riding, sport shooting, hunting and fishing.
Visitation is Tuesday, May 31 at Warchol Funeral Home from 2-4 p.m. and 6-9 p.m. An additional visitation will be held on Wednesday from noon-1 p.m., at which time a blessing service will be held in the funeral home.
