A motion of the Borough Council regarding the minutes of the April 11, 2016 regular meeting as submitted.
CURRENT ESTIMATE NO. 2 AND FINAL – WASHINGTON AVENUE SANITARY SEWER REPAIR PROJECT
A motion of the Borough Council regarding the remittal of Current Estimate No. 2 and Final – Washington Avenue Sanitary Sewer Repair Project to Roto Rooter in the amount of $122,948.39 for work completed to date. Remarks: The estimate has been reviewed by Engineer Sites.
RESOLUTION NO. 2016-03
A motion of the Borough Council regarding Resolution No. 2016-03; a resolution creating a handicapped parking space with appropriate signage and providing penalties for violations thereof. The property location is 1355 Terrace Street.
RESOLUTION NO. 2016-04
A motion of the Borough Council regarding Resolution No. 2016-04 as per PennDOT requirements 1.10.14 Signs and Banners Across State Highways; a resolution designating the intention of the St. Barbara Parish to place one (1) banner across State Route 50 to be installed May 22, 2016 and removed on June 5, 2016 for the St. Barbara Summer Festival to be held June 2, 3 and 4th from 6:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m.
RESOLUTION NO. 2016-05
A motion of the Borough Council regarding Resolution No. 2016-05 as per PennDOT requirements 1.10.14 Signs and Banners Across State Highways; a resolution designating the intention of the Bridgeville Borough to place one (1) banner across State Route 50 to be installed May 15, 2016 and removed June 19, 2016 for the Bridgeville Borough Day on the Avenue celebration to be held June 18, 2016 from 11:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.
AD HOC COMMITTEE – BALDWIN STREET FLOW REDUCTION PROGRAM
President Tolmer to appoint an ad hoc committee to work to provide a flow reduction program for the Baldwin Street area for the consideration of council. Remarks: 40 requests for information were sent; 17 responses have been received.
